All of these healthy snacks sound delicious, I know I will be trying them out
Who doesn’t love hot salted chips, they are not normally considered as a healthy snack, but check out these low fat hot potato chips
Low fat cubed potato chips
Cut 300g baby potatoes into 1in cubes place in a bowl and drizzle with tbsp olive oil and mix well, cook in a 200c oven on a lined baking tray for 15 min, then sprinkle with 1 tsp dried rosemary leaves and cook for a further 5 to 10 mins. Serve with 1/2 tsp sea salt sprinkled over the top.

Bagel with ricotta and strawberries
Spread ½ toasted whole-grain “flat” bagel with 2 tablespoons fresh ricotta. Top with ⅓ cup sliced strawberries. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey

Cook 14 frozen sweet potato fries according to the package directions. Mix together 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt and ½ teaspoon chipotles in adobo sauce and serve for dipping
