Essential to life, water delivers oxygen to cells, flushes toxins from our body to help us feel more alive and energetic and helps with weight management. Our bodies loose a large amount of fluid every day through our skin, breathing, urine and stools and must be replaced.
Instead of drinking plain water, why not try naturally flavoured water by adding fruits, herbs or flowers.
Berries add colour and flavour to water
Citrus fruits: lemon, lime, orange or grapefruit give a vitamin C boost to your water
Ginger helps with stomach troubles and is also good for arthritis pain, try adding some to your water today
lavender helps keep you calm, and helps with anxiety
Mint refreshes and helps with digestion
Peaches for an intense sweet flavoured water
Watermelon for a refreshing drink with lots of colour, nutrients and flavour
Hibiscus flower adds a sweet fruit flavour and is calming
Cucumber for a refreshing drink adding potassium and vitamin K to the water

Wash fruits well before using, you can then peel them if you want to
Slice fruit so that the juiciest area is exposed to the water
Chill your water for one to 24 hours before serving. The longer you wait to serve the water, the stronger the flavour will become
